I've found my Memory Foam mattress sags quite severely after only 1 year. If you're thinking of buying one i would recommend that you stick with the original and best "spring" mattresses. If you are having problems with this company contact Trading Standards then if you paid by credit card ask them to deal with care and comfort ltd, if you prove the mattress is not fit for purpose [we did with the help of Trading Standards] you should get your money back in full.
