    When I complained about the machine to the Dyson helpline, I was told that the machine was not designed for an environment where building work was going on (which seemed to include ANY DIY!), and that, yes, I would have to clean the filter much more frequently.     There can't be a better vacuum cleaner than this one. We have had one for ten years and it is near indestructible. It is so easy to use and 100 per cent effective. Recently it broke down (due to heavy use) and Dyson sent round an engineer and fixed it for a minimal cost. Their customer service was e ...

    This is the best one out there. No other vacuum cleans like this one does. I thank you James Dyson for building a great Vacuums cleaner!!!

    If you have a small apartment then the Dyson DC15 is not the vacuum cleaner for you, as it's too big and bulky. That said, an average or bigger house with a dog or cat, or a seriously hairy husband, then you will love this piece of technology.

    The Dyson DC15's main feature is 'The Ball'. The Ball is said to revolutionize the way we clean our homes (it even claims to have the men doing it!) current price tag is £300 - £350.
