    I would highly recommend the Canon Ixus 700. The picture quality has to be seen to be believed.

    The built-in flash on my Canon Ixus 700 digital camera stopped working even though the camera wasn't abused in any way. The battery is unreliable and always giving a warning.     The Canon Ixus 700 is a super digital camera. it is lightweight, and takes excellent pictures. The only problem found so far is taking longish distance pictures inside gloomy buildings e.g. churches, and graduation halls etc., where the light is sort of 'in between'.     I have had the Canon Ixus 700 digital camera for six months, and I think it's the best thing I've bought in a long time. I was never a happy snapper, but I am now!
