I signed up for the £20 package so that I can watch a film whilst the others are in the post. They only sent 1 film at a time, which was useless. The post was good, but even so, you are lucky if you can watch more than 1 film per week due to the postage times.

Movie Pigeon charged me, for a disc and I went over my free trail, I didn't have the disk. After they e-mailed me saying my account is cancelled. They charged me again, on the highest charge package. I have tried all the rental companies and can easily say that Movie Pigeon is the worst.

They are slow, and never have the titles you really want. The latest movies are weeks behind for rental, customer service is not that great, and they're not that cheap.
