    We married here in April 07 and loved every minute. The staff were more than accommodating, the food was fabulous and we are back for New Year 07

    Staff at the Castle Hotel, Ruthin are excellent and always helpful. Good all round hotel. Room 310 is a lovely room. Peacocks out side the window. Going back to stay again - excellent 4 star hotel! Excellent stay, very friendly loved it so much, really excellent value for money - food is excellent. ...

    I would not stay at Ruthin Castle again. When my friend went to have a look around before booking, she was shown much nicer rooms than those we stayed in. Presumably in the recently renovated part of the hotel (where the wedding guests were staying). £120 for a double room was completely overp ...

    Ruthin Castle Hotel - This is a fantastic setting for a wedding, with a little more work it could be stunning.
    the grounds are great for exploring, watch out for ghosts!!!
    The rooms, bed rooms are functional not luxury, but this is an ancient castle.

    Ruthin Castle Hotel - Interesting castle - easy to walk into pretty town.
    A generally enjoyable experience but felt the room was rather expensive as it was very basic. Staff extremely competent and efficient - very professional and food was delicious - dinner wonderful. Breakfast passable but ...

    Chose Ruthin Castle based upon their website. I have to say, we expected a much higher standard than in fact exists.
