    We stayed at The Leela palace in Goa in March 2006. The hotel is lovely, but the food was very expensive. It was a lot cheaper to eat out! The best restaurants in Goa are the Fishermans Wharf and Samanthas. The last one looks nothing from the outside, but the pizzas are gorgeous. We are a family of ...

    The Leela Palace: Leela's own website tells of how the hotel is set in 75 acres of beautiful grounds and (for once?!) reality exceeds the marketing blurb.
