    Lan Airlines removed my new combination lock within 25 minutes after check-in and did not put it back on my suitcase.     I'M A FREQUENT FLYER AND I HAVE NEVER BEEN IN AN AIRLINE THAT TREATS THE PASSENGERS SO POORLY BOTH AT THE CHECK IN COUNTER AND IN-FLIGHT SERVICES. No one answers. i have been on hold with music playing for over an hour - no indication of anyone being there to even answer questions.
