    The car park is very hard to find and the directions and signage were inadequate, the roads to and from the car park are very congested.

    On the confirmation the postcode was wrong so we ended up in the wrong place, when we called the only number they let you have (an 0870 call centre) and waited ten minutes for them to answer a call that the recorded voice said we aim to answer your call within 30 seconds!!     We parked at Birmingham Airparks before a 2 week holiday. When we returned to collect the car it had 2 areas of bodywork damage not present before handing the car over to them.
    Reported to site manager who took photos and gave a claim form.
