Had the Mustek DVD R100A for 15 months. From the beginning it seemed to be very choosy about which discs it would record onto. I threw loads away and spent a fortune on premium discs. Purchased a Mustek DVD R100A and it was sticking and freezing. Returned it to factory. They gave me a new one. This one worked for 1 month and now it will not read any DVDs. The tray closes and reads, no disc inside. Not a dependable machine and the tech support is a joke. I don't know how these peo ...
