I paid under £50 for the RX 425 just over two years ago. For its specification it was cheap. I had an Epson printer before that and was happy with that. I was moved to write this review when I saw the overall hugely negative reviews that have gone before. I am at a loss to understand how the ...

This is a budget printer that I picked up cheaply for under £50. I get Think+ cartridges from Choice and their performance is identical to the originals at a fraction of the price. The only reason I wrote this review was because I was amazed by the hugely negative tone of most of the earlier ...

Epson seems to be a big brother company which adds spyware to your system. Never again. If you want a printer that always lets you down when it is most important, buy an epson. Any excuse, it stops.

I wish I never bought it. I only wanted a simple printer. Was persuaded by slick salesman to get rid of my cheap, small, perfectly working HP. Now (because I have not yet accepted that it is a dud and I need to get rid) I have no working printer, which has caused untold hassle in my life and career. ...

I have owned many epson printers and found them all to be very good, yes they do use a bit too much ink and yes it is expensive, but I only use genuine cartridges and have never had blocked heads etc. I am still using my epson r200 very succesfully and print most days.

Was working ok but now after less than 2 years it pulls the paper in crookedly and them prints only half the page very ertically... plus the print is blurred. I've tried to trouble shoot but to no avail... very disappointed.

Heavy on ink use, colour spoor. Ink waste pad get full. Bin printer, not worth replacing. Very average for me, wouldn't go Epson again.

Good until it just started printing strips of colour.
Uses ink too fast, just prints strips now no text or images. Pain in the neck as far as I am concerened. Never buy Epson printer again as far as I am concerned.
Never been used that much and is totally useless now, its for the bin in my experienc ...

My Epson printer go through a routine each time they are turned on, so it uses ink even if you don't print any thing! The cartridges are very small capicity about 6ml each. Mine ran out after 3 months and I just use the scanner now. I recovered my old HP deskjet from the loft and now use it on draft ...
