A two year guarantee on a camera is exceptional yet when I had a problem with my Fuji Digital Cameras responded in an exceptional manner. A local dealer quoted me "about £100 for the repair which they said would take SIX to EIGHT WEEKS"

Extremely helpful at the end of the phone. I was re-assured that some of the accessories I was looking for were the correct and only available options for the camera.
Otherwise guided towards suitable and less expensive alternatives, which perhaps I would not have sorted for myself.
