    I phoned The Post Office three weeks before my policy ended to say I would not be renewing.
    They have now taken over £400 off my credit card 'by mistake'.
    It will apparently take them 7 working days to refund this money.

    Please flee from Post Office Insurance. I wish I read customer reviews before plungng myself into these fd$tr$ in Policy Statement clothing. I paid a fortune to get out of their noose. Don't be trapped. please avoid at all cost

    Avoid this car insurance company at all costs. I chose them due to them providing the cheapest quote both on my provisional & full licence; however, once i past my test - my premium went up way beyond what they said it would (even though it was two weeks after i first took out insurance with them).

    i had no problems whilst with post office insurance but then again i never had to make a claim my problems have begun a year after using them i have received a recovery letter telling me they had asystem error and i still owed them 23.80 but they cant send me any paperwork to show how they arrive at ...
