    I agreed a disconnection date of 31/07/09 as line no longer needed. The next bill had line rental for Aug, Sept and Oct added even though Post Office Home Phone did not provide this service as it was cut off on the agreed date.     A record breaking wait of 75 minutes and 4 transfers to get through to someone at the Post Office Phone Service! This is a disgrace, and it has given me a good reason to cancel my contract with them ASAP.

    Due to illness I hadn't paid my bill. I received a cut-off notice saying I would only be able to receive incoming calls and would be cut-off on the 19th.     Appalling service payment made March 09 by card over the phone. Payment was lost, copy of bank statement sent twice phone and broadband disconnected for a time.
