Bensons for Beds had 3 attempts at delivering a new bed to me and each time the same part arrived damaged (I didn't even bother checking the other 3 boxes which came). Poor experience so far, took the day off to take delivery of Regan Classic bed. Came in last half hour of time stated, both drawers broken, no fixing bolts included, contact at shop unavailable when I phoned. Mattress has a permanent dip after one night's sleep.

I would suggest going somewhere like Dreams (which has a good 40day returns policy) or places like John Lewis etc whcih are renowned for their customer service. Bensons for Beds are hopeless and I would strongly advise avoiding!
