    Do not deal with this company. My daughter took out insurance with them because they were cheap. We moved house (to a lower risk area) and they demanded an additional £700 on a £200 policy. Cancellation costs then meant that the policy was effectively useless after 2 months. They wer ...

    This company took money out of my bank account without my permission after I had cancelled my direct debit and policy with them. When I tried to get the money back I got a different story every time I called them. I am still waiting for my money and an explanation 3months later. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

    ive been with Quinn for over 8 years in Ireland and in the UK. i have never made any claims however i also never had any a problem with their customer Service.

    I insured with Quinn when my son was learning to drive, Quinn gave the best quote for a provisional driver by a long way but when he passed his test the policy went from £1400 to £6000 so be warned. I have cancelled the policy and that also cost a small fortune!!!!!

    Rang them to request a change of address and they wanted me to pay an extra £80 per month....apparently its a more high risk postcode....funny that because when I got some quotes from other insurers my premium only would have been £10 extra a month...so cancelling the policy with them. D ...
