After over 3 years use, a few days ago our CR02 'door lock light' wouldn't go out when the programme finished, so the washing couldn't be removed. After reading that Dyson have a standard call out charge of £85 I phoned our local repair man who said he could fix it and would charge £4 ...

As a mum with four children and a husband at home, I rely on my washing machine "doing the job". I have practically had my whole machine rebuilt. If you are considering buying this - make sure you take out the extended warranty as call outs are £85 a time.

So far we are happy with this Dyson CR02 Flowcheck. This machine looks great ("it's a monster", commented a male visitor admiringly). The Dyson CR02 Flowcheck is a good looking machine with good delivery, however, do not expect to pay this kind of money for something to go wrong immediately and not be offered a replacement.

Changed out our Bosch WFO2465 for a Dyson CR02 Flowcheck. The Dyson uses lots of water during the wash so clothes slosh around in hot, soapy water right from the start.
