Never go to your move. They charge so many hidden fees. Once you move in they never help you with any problem...Additionally they will charge inventory check out fee which make no sense. A simple text document and latter when you vacant they talk all rubbish. I have never seen a letting agent like ...

If you want a smooth tenancy and no problems then i recommend you stay very far from Your move. never again! aweful service, never had that before,and would NEVER go thru Your Move Estate Agents again. Why would pay £450 + VAT for a HIP when I can shop around and get one for £250 including VAT, we are being pushed to pay for their choice when we werent even asked!

hidden costs to screw the little guy. we left our flat in perfect condition as confirmed by the survey but still your move took over £100 fees.
Very lazy nothing gets resolved.

It seems that they talk themselves up to a very high standard but do not seem to believe that they have to do any work to sell your property.
They just keep telling me to lower the price - I could sell my own property just by lowering the price.
I cannot believe Your Move in the Portishead area did ...
