I WONDER HOW THEY MANAGE TO GET ALL THE GOOD AND APPROPRITAE PROPERTIES .THE OFFICE IN NOTTINGHAM IS A TOTAL DISGRACE WITH NO REPLIES TO EMAILS, NOT BOTHERED ABOUT LOSING A CUSTOMER ETC. WE FOUND THEIR SERVICE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Liars. Every time I have dealt with them they are nice as pie until you make an offer and then they go out of their way to make life difficult for you! Misrepresented contract and completed it as a fixed-price instead of 1.5% of selling price, which had been discussed in detail. The representative never mentioned a fixed price during the meeting. They are unhelpful and plain rude.

As soon as I went in to their office with interest in buying a property they looked at me as if I wasn't worth their time. Unfortunately I ended up finding a place that was only listed with these agents and so had to use them.

Bairstow Eves are a bunch of rude and unprofessionals who are never there when you need to speak to them, never return calls or reply to letters or emails, blaming lack of receipt or IT problems.

Bairstow Eves are more interested in selling their mortgate products that selling a property.
