    Currently selling house with Halifax Estate agents. Don't return calls - always chasing them up. Said they had put pictures up of inside of property but they haven't. Have had even worse experiences with other estate agents in this town when buying. Was hoping for better from Halifax.

    Estate agents generally do get bad reports from people that have some complaint about the service they have received. Generally they vary from little niggles to quite serious criticisms of standards. I found my local branch of Halifax quite fair and open in all their work. I had a house that may ...

    In reference to the previous review, I would like to defend Halifax Estate Agents, as I work for them.

    This is my experience with the Halifax Estate Agency (Denton Branch in Manchester) just recently.

    I had booked in 2 viewing appointments on the Saturday just gone for properties on the same street, a few doors down from each other.
