    I pay standing charge of £45 a month, so my annual bill is about £540.

    I am now £719 in credit and they have not offered a refund or suggested that my monthly payments should be reduced. I think Atlantic Electric and Gas should do that automatically and not wait for me to ask for ...

    I have been with Atlantic Gas and Electricity for nearly two years. They are not the cheapest but I chose them because they were rated top for good customer service which is equally important is what I have got to date.     Atlantic cost a few pounds more each month - but you make that back twenty fold because you're not always on the phone trying to sort out the mistakes they've made - and you're not always receiving letters from debt collectors, because of their mistakes and your never receive bills for £1500 ...

    Good & Helpful customer service. Been with them for 4 years still the cheapest in my area. Overall a very good service. They try to put up monthly debit amount with no previous notice

    After an appalling experience with NPower it was refreshing to deal with Atlantic Gas and Electric, at the time (two years ago) their prices were the best and the customer support was excellent. After being with the company for two years I have not changed my opinion.
