Appalling customer service. Took delivery of goods and defects pointed out in 2 items. Chased and chased for a response from FV. Nobody form Peterborough store returns calls!

Eventually, engineer came out but brought wrong sized replacement shelf and glass for replacement door but no door. Now ...

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. After ordering our 3 piece Lonsdale suite on 29th Dec 08 (we were told 3-4 weeks for delivery) we decided to have delivery mid-end Feb as we were decorating. By mid Feb nobody from Furniture Village had rung so we chased the order - no-one comes back to you. ...
