Their customer service, from the chairman down, is woeful. They do not even comply with their own terms and conditions. I am seriously considering reporting them to their local Trading Standards office. I advise people to stay well away.

Extremely poor and unhelpful service!!! Took over 3 weeks for my products to arrive and when I needed to return something they quoted a different returns policy than appeared on their website. Would never use them again.

I've used Choice Stationery for a few months now for my business and never had any problems. I can get cheap refills for my printer, if only they sold more staionary products as the name suggests I would buy loads more stufff from them.
