Almost impossible to find tracks, truly awful clunky search tools.
Missing most big names - hundreds of 'cover versions' by relative unknowns.
Billing is unfathomable and was unable to get the number of downloads i paid for.
Do not tell you costs until after you have signed up.
Truly awful

Dire.
Suppose it'd be bearable if all you want is:
live albums
ancient "before they were famous" work
artists you've never heard of

Terrible site. Not even worth one star. I bought a $30 gift card that was good for 100 songs, thinking it was a good idea. Turns out the site is basically all "various artists" instead of the artists that are well known and actually wrote the song. I searched an album and got a hit on one that I ...

Have used the serrvice for a couple of years - 50 downloads per month for the ridiculously low sum of £11.99.
Admittedly, I am more interested in fringe gentres, rather than the big artist/big label stuff, but have enjoyed discovering a world of music that would never have been available on it ...

eMusic.com: eMusic.con?? I joined up using a gift card, which supposedly gave me a bonus 50 free songs. Upon starting to use the service I found I needed to download and install a piece of software, which I did. It was a mess, refusing to work properly on my Mac, insisting I'd downloaded 3 tracks ...

When you sign up you might think its a good idea but they do not care about their customers. You will be robbed of your money and will not receive any downloads you want. I ending up spending my points on something i didn't want just to use them up. This unfortunately is down to the fact that points ...

I subscribed to eMusic.com for more than 5 years when I was in the United States. I subsequently moved to Vietnam. When I tired to download the music I had paid for one year in advance, I was told that the service was not available in my country. After 6 months of fighting with them, told me I was ...
