The call centre seems to take no notice and ignores requests to cancel card and any associated insurances.
Very poor service that ignore the consumer credit act when it is not convenient for them.

Neither the in store checkouts nor petrol pumps will recognise my card. Despite having complained to ASDA and them sending me information how to re-set the card it will still not work.
Very poor set up and poor back up.

I called the Asda store card help line, she explained that the repayment are paid for lowest interest rate FIRST (balance transfers), higher rate of purchases are remained unpaid which interest rate will be charged. It is totally misleading of the 0% balance transfer.

I think it might be a good idea if the cashiers recommend the card to customers who pay using cash as they may not be aware of it.

The card is good but it's a pain in the neck having to phone to sort things out. Why can't ASDA staff be trained to handle complaints etc ?
