Abbey used to be a good bank -I have banked with Abbey for over 12 years and used to find branch staff and call centre in the past helpful and knowledgable. Changes over last 4 years are not good.

My suspected my card has been compromised (identity theft?) and as you can imagine I'm a tad stressed about it. Did Abbey help? No.
I rang to ask about some unidentifiable transactions, the department said they would look in to it and "suggested" I stop my card, why is it a different dept I have to ...

I've had nothing but problems trying to get a replacement card sent as my old one expired on 31 May. For some reason, someone within Abbey changed my address to one that I have never heard of, and my new card was sent there. Their call centres are shocking.
