I received a Last Minute experience voucher as a present - lots of agro getting it converted to actual voucher we could use which still didn't cover the basic cost of the experience .

I am very disappointed with lastminute.com. I booked an 'experience' for my wife for Mother's day which included a goodie bag and bubbly but we did not receive this even though we paid over the odds extra in addition to the experience.

They are just terrible. Me and my wife booked hotel from lastminute.com they have taken money and then sent an email to the hotel that my card was stolen and canceled the booking. They even tried to call the police. NEVER BOOK FROM LASTMINUTE.COM !!!!!!!
