I hope from the head office of yemenia to development the services like customer care in the airport land and the flight time must be guarantee in external and internal flights.

Yemenia Airways has the best food on flight than others. Nice service on the plane. Need to upgrade the service at the airport and have more flights to other countries.

I had the opportunity to travel in this airline in April 2008. I bought the ticket as it was the cheapest available in that time. But the service I got was horrible. The planes are OK and sometime you will have plenty of space to rest. But the cabin crews do not follow the seat number in the boardin ...

I'm Yemeni myself so thought I'd try out the Yemenia (always flew royal Jordanian which i highly recommend)
It was one big joke from start to finish.
Check in was an absolute nightmare as there were plenty of Yemenis with way too much luggage than they're supposed to take, then they argued with the ...

My advice to any sane human being is to aviod Yemenia Airways all-together. Although it is cheap the planes are so old they probably got them free from some aviation museum. The In-flight entertainment is below par, when I went in august 2004 there feature film was Haunted Mansion starring Eddie Mur ...
