    First Plus Quick to offer loan, do not take personal protection out, will be a total waste of time. Bumps up the price of loan no end, and if you try to terminate it at a later date not willing to give much back.

    Very quick to take an application over the phone but then have not heard from First Plus since. I have sent emails and still had no reply and also phoned them and just keep getting passed along until I get cut off.
