This was my 2nd cruise with Ocean Village, and I felt the quality has deteriorated. Although OV2 was only refurbished fairly recently, it needs to be done again. On two occasions my sheets were marked, cabin steward very apologetic and changed sheets immediately. Complaints to reception elicited no response. Why is there only one electric socket in cabin!!! We have just returned from a med cruise on ocean village two and would like to congratulate all the crew and staff aboard ship on their excellent service. This is the first time we have cruised and will be cruising from now on as ocean village made our holiday

Traditional cruising experience lost on Ocean Village Ship in my view.
Informality taken too far for me.
Cabin Staff, Waiter seemed inexperienced.

Overall we paid for a cheap cruise and got poor service in my opinion, and too many chavs for my liking.

I would not recommend this cruise to my friend ...
