Tried on numerous occasions to arrange redelivery. Found it too difficult to speak to someone direct and left messages. Tried to collect item from local post office and was told not there. I think the Royal Mail offers the worst postal service I have experienced, I simply want to get my package delivered or collect it myself and I want to speak to someone at my local sorting office to find out if the package has got back from the failed delivery.
Tell me how I do that with the system ...

The Royal Mail Card www.royalmail.com was very good but getting worse now. Not easy to connect now, maybe need to try 3 or more times, or you will get "service is cleared".
