    Very disappointed that a make you trust breaks down after only 18 months!!! Only had 18 months and it will not wash the full programme. Will not do a quick spin so i can empty the contents.

    I have had my hotpoint machine for 6 years now. In the 1st year the drum became loose and shook everytime you did a wash. Now being that there was only me and my partner we were using the machine once or twice a week to do light loads. The engineer came and replaced the drum unit. Then a week la ...

    I bought this machine for my elderly parents and was delighted.

    After a few months my mother called to say that with the door open and the machine unplugged, hot water was still coming into the drum at a steady trickle.
