Had an accident where a gentleman came into my lane and cut me up. Had damage to my bonnet.

It took More Than 5 WEEKS to let me know they would actually fix the car! Was never contacted and told what was happening! Call centre is overseas so always having communication problems! ONLY WORK IN OFF ...

Absoloutely awful. Taken my money and then Im told I have no insurance as I havent paid. What they've done must be illegal. Call centre not uk based and can be communication difficulties. Dont do what they promise. Never again. I will pay the extra for a better company in future, avoid.

My problem with this company appeared when they charged me £15 for change of address recently. Took them seconds to do & sent me a bill for this amount. Pay up within 2 weeks or get your insurance stopped. Obviously making enough cash that they can risk losing & alienating customers for this. ...
