Well what can I say....having waited in all day and night for my delivery and having rang them 6 times I still haven't received my cooker. On my last phone call I was told that the driver doesn't load the van and unfortunately it wasn't loaded on the van!!!

The quality of customer service is best shown when something goes wrong, and that is what happened with my 17" LCD TV with in-built Freeview and DVD player.

Do not use dixons, very bad service.. bought a plasma tv and within 3 months it packed up, have been waitin nearly a month to be fixed with still no joy!! AVOID!!!!
