The reason i am getting rid of it is, as i mentioned above, the headphone jack isn't flush with the rest of the player, a huge design flaw that should have changed. It basically means that you can't plug in a audio cable to go into a hi-fi / amp system which is infurating.

I have owned my MP3 player (the 40Gb version) for some 18 months now, and I still love it. In fact, I can't imagine being without it.

I have read reviews complaining of "freezing" with their product, but I have yet to have any problem at all with my Creative Labs Zen Touch MP3 player.

I have nothing to compare it to, as it's the only MP3 player that I've owned, but although it's good enough when it works, the poor quality of manufacture, lack of access to Creative and lack of accessories available is annoying, and it makes me wish I'd gone with the flock and got an iPod instead.

I bought the Creative Labs Zen Touch 20Gb MP3 player over a year ago, and it's been very good. The sound is great, but as with all of these players, it depends on the source and the compression used when ripping. I tend to use WMA and rip to 128 or 160.

Great when the Zen Touch works, a totally lost cause if something goes wrong!

All around I think the Creative Labs Zen Touch is a great device.. Yea Yea.. it's a little heavy. But its not like it weighs 50 pounds or anything. I've had my Creative Labs Zen Touch 20Gb MP3 player for about 6 months now, and I can say it has been excellent in that time! The reset button is very handy for those rare freezes (it's happened twice so far) - The iPod lacks one, so you have to wait for the battery to die... What a drag!
