    Struggled with this product for two weeks before returning to store. Store clerk mentioned that they have had many returns due to DVD tray locking up. Customer support is very poor, their canned answer is ship it back to us (at your expense).

    DO NOT BUY, Worst piece of junk ever. Had a Cyberhome 1500 that kept locking up, support was no help. Finally it was recalled and I opted for the 1530. Bad mistake. Features were not as good and this one locked up during recording. After 3 weeks and 8 e-mails to support, they finally said that there ...
