I've been using C700 since summer 2002 and I really like to take outdoor pictures with it. Colors are good and natural also in fully automatic mode. Indoors the tripod is a must since pretty long exposure times are needed. Also a white balance isn't that natural indoors. Longer exposure and flash pr ...

I was looking for a long time until I decided to buy this Olympus C700 digital camera and I must say I am happy with it. The image and color quality is very good, the 2.1 Megapixel CCD is enough to make brillant photos, the zoom lens is its most fascinating feature, and I would not buy another camer ...

I bought my Olympus C700 digital camera mostly for sailing photography. The 10x optical zoom is perfect for this and the picture quality is superb, even at 10x. I have had one picture enlarged to A2 and was amazed at the definition. The investment in the lens rather than a higher-resolution chip has ...

This Olympus C700 digital camera seems to hit the nail on the head. It is the Standard camera makers should use. The camera is well balanced weightwise and feels great to hold in one hand comfortably.
Quality of the pictures is super. Overall appearance is of a much more expensive camera. Manufactu ...

I have no trouble at all recommending the Olympus c700 to a friend, in fact, my brother bought one on the strength of toying with mine.

The Olympus C700 is an excellent digital camera for portraits. The lens is not too harsh and forgiving of minor skin imperfections. The 10X is great because you do not have to be uncomfortably close to the model.

I think this olympus digital camera is great for the price. The photo quality has impressed everyone that has seen photos from my camera. I really believe that the quality of the photos are top notch and the zoon lens is a necessity. The olympus c700 seems built to be manageable with one hand. I ...

What can I say. I own an Olympus SLR, never had any probs. I did read another review in which the punter seemed to have had pretty much the same experiences as me. I was also told that Olympus copies much of they're software from other companies, something I'm not in a position to comment on.
