    I got the 37 inch tv...it has great sound and a fantastic picure because of the 100Hz and other tec unique to Philips....I have had it for nearly a year, it has freeview built in and has 3 HDMI inpits The PS3 games look absolutly mint and it also takes memory stick loaded with music, so it doubles a ...

    I would not recommend the Philips 42PF9966 Ambilight for someone that wants something reliable and lasting. Very disappointed, considering the investment that was put down.

    If you love TV and movies, you can't get better than this. Get the Philips Ambilight and the new cinema system and you will not believe your eyes and ears. It is the most beautiful system in the world and even though it is pricey, its worth every penny.

    Picture quality is pretty excellent.
    Sound - ok for normal tv.
    Features - OH MY GOODNESS. So many to choose, spent many a night having a play with all the settings.
    Never had a philips tv, so this is the first. To be honest it has been a great asset in our living room.
