Great for a short break, Cologne German Christmas markets excellent with great atmosphere, great food and drink. Easy to get to from the airport, trainstation underneath airport, simply get onto a train and 10 mins later you are right in the centre of the city next to the cathederal and one of the ...

Lovely place magnificent buildings. Go to markets after 6pm when tourists go back to hotels. Families then come out and it is marvellous. Choirs of children etc. Stayed at Collner Hof hotel very good. Been to Cologne Christmas market 3 times.
