    When the DigiFusion FVRT100 worked it was excellent. Then started to freeze, on playback. Then get a mind of its own, deciding to break into the TV channel you were watching, refuse to switch off. Helpline was initially impossible to contact - lots of music and apologies - but easier later in week. ...

    I bought my "box" as a refurbished item just to evaluate a new technology at a cheap price, then if I thought it worthwhile I would buy a more up-market one...     I'm on my second power supply for the unit for my DigiFusion, and although it has not given me a lot of problems I will look at an alternative when this one goes toes up.
