    Absolutely appalling customer support.

    My client has there website hosted with fasthosts through a third party reseller. I am trying to switch to a new hosting provider. I have spent a total of 1 hour 20mins on hold over two days and not got through to anybody at all!

    fasthosts is worst of the worst. even its sister company ukreg. very very poor support. also be careful what you click as they can charge. Also fasthosts has updated its domain name area, in my case I have maybe 200 domain, I have movie many of them but they still appear in the fasthosts control pan ...

    Disgusted- thought I had cancelled my package with them turns out I had not fully completed the process so they demanded a full years hosting fee or my credit rating might suffer. Don't do business with companies who think £98 is more important than their reputation. I would have happily paid ...

    Normally these guys have been good, but LATELY?? - TERRIBLE!

    A whole day without emails! - unacceptable.
    Like everyone else here, am JUMPING SHIP!

    Don't make a mistake and host your emails with this company until they sort their problems out

    Fasthosts are clearly the worst RESELLER provider for internet and email. We have over 70 clients web and email accounts set up on our reseller account and have received over 40 telephone complaints about there emails being down again!!!!

    Been with Fasthosts since I set my company up in July.

    I have had nothing but problems. If you report them to Fasthosts you get to a non-UK call centre who either dont give a damn or help you at all.

    A good firm until the sale. Since then the Gloucester based support team has been replaced by one in Romania & (?) Manilla. Hopeless. Mail down all day today, again (yawn). When you do get through you are told that nobody else has had a problem!

    Transfer coming up.

    Email out today 24th November for over 3 hours. I only switched to them last week. But I jumping ship immediately.
