We have travelled several times and something has gone wrong each time with First Choice, on a two centre in Mexico no transfers were organised we had to pay for ferry and taxi and then claim back from reps, no-one to meet us from boat.

Our first holiday to Sant Agnello we will not be back. The most sleep per night 3 hrs. Due to 2 stroke scooters all night plus bins emptied at 4am 6 times per week - bedlam.
Worst holiday we've ever had. Back to Cyprus in January 2009

Worst flight ever could not move in the seat very cramped conditions don't believe the hype about STAR FLIGHTS. I was on the isle seat and was banged with the trollys for the whole flight ,everyone felt like cattle lots of people complaning, what a laugh calling this a Star Flight never again

The hotel is very clean and very spacious,the rooms are always kept clean.
The barstaff are very friendly the hotel lays on a free shuttle bus to the beach, daily however you can walk to the beach in 10mins.
They provide a free launderette, everything is great, can't wait till we go again.See you ...
