I suggest everyone stay away from American Express. My ticket was purchased in USA and sent to me with a link from Amex that didn't work. Long story short: I took Atalia to and from Miami to Brussels. Every plane along the journey was very late. Lazy and rude employees. If Alitalia employees moved any slower, they'd be dead. Alitalia is the worst experience in flying in my entire life.
1) Flight took off 1 hour late and they didn't have a jetway so we had to stand on a bus for 25 minutes waiting for the plane to get ready. They did open the doors of the bus though, which was nice.
