Am embarrassment for any civilised country, only the French at CDG airport seem to made made travelling more unpleasant that the British.Luggage took 3/4 hour to arrive, and they were not even embarrassed to say that is was due to lack of equipment/ transfer to Republic of Ireland flight, it's like ...

This review is specifically about Heathrow Terminal 5.

It looks lovely, very light, very bright and apparently the shops are great.

Howver, the day we arrived a fairly important item wasn't working - the machines that take your bags to the planes.

So, we had a 3 hour wait whilst no customers were ...

The whole experience of flying from Heathrow is really which terminal you fly from. I've been to terminal 2 and 5 and they are both good. 5 is better obviously!

I think Heathrow is great! I want it to get the east terminal and to have and have 6 different terminals, and a third runway. It really needs it to stay a fantastic airport. I'm proud to have it has UK's main airport. If it was a little more modern it would be even better.

Overall Heathrow is fantastic airport with loads of shops and eating facilities and the transport is 10/10!!! The staff were excellent and the flights were on time!

I'm glad that I have flown from the world bussiest international airport. I think Heathrow airport is really quite good. It is a bit too crowded but food and shops are excellent and thats why I rate it as 9.

A must see. Best airport ever for transit. An excellent airport. Very clean with comparatively good toilets. The best duty free shopping ever.
