    I contacted expedia in july regarding changing the date of travel of our flight tickets and check that our booking was ok. The first 5 or so times that I asked for this I was told that it was not possible (even though the airline continued to tell me that it was and ask again!)

    I wouldn't use Expedia for travel anymore. I booked tours in Rome with Appian Tours and ended up on a tour where you couldn't hear anything that that guide said due to faulty equipment.     Their system is broken. When you cancel a reservation at a hotel, they will charge you $200 even if you are already checked in ! Be careful when you are navigating your itinerary on Expedia not to accidentally hit the "Cancel" button. Otherwise, you are dea !

    Expedia has by far the most icompitent call centre staff. They are not able to cancel my tickets. Can you belive that. How stupid.

    They are extremely incompitent fellows. Great to book and a hell to cancel.
