Thee worst customer service i have ever come across, very helpful until order and desposit paid, then total lack of comunication. Wish we'd never walked into the Magnet Fareham showroom. 2 attempts over 7 weeks to get things right, and we are still left with an unfinished kitchen. I think it's important to give credit where it is due. I was very happy with Magnet. I had a few adjustments post contract and they accommodated us before fitting. The fitters were courteous even though we could tell they were busy. I was happy.

Wasn't mentioned that the dark wood kitchen was actually pine and marks through at the slightest knock.
