The general customer service was ok. On rental however I would have like to have been given the option to take out a total excess waiver, which did not happen. No problems with car, but still trying to get deposit back. Lots of excuses ranging from its got lost in the post, postal strike, its on the desk waiting to be posted etc etc.

Wish it were possible to give a no stars rating.

Shaddy business!!!, insurance is a scam, claim department will never answer phone calls!!! Been in a accident and they just elude my phone calls unbelievable. Enterprise will not pay for the damage even you are insured with them!!!
