    I got this about 5 years ago and it's still going strong and works great. No complaints at all. Love it.

    You can use Instant Abs even if you are very unfit, which isn't the case with more expensive abbs machines.

    You can build up from ten minutes a day to an hour in a matter of weeks.

    You feel that you have had a workout after using it.

    instant abs is my best purchase to date. i can still sit & watch tv whilst excersising, but a bit creaky every now and then - just needs a little oil i guess.

    The Instant Ads is a great piece of home gym equipment. Its great value for money for such a simple workout. Its so quick and easy to use. I have a regular workout but then I also pick it up as and when and have a quick go on it.
