We rented a car late at night from Budget based out of Abotsford airport in BC. They said at the desk that they would not release the car to us until we sign for they vehicle and on that same sheet they indicated that there was a portion of the hatchback that was damaged and no other part of the car ...

When the 9 seater was not available anywwhere else, Budget had one for the bank holiday. Price was not cheap. Van had scratches all around.
No speakers at the back.. Only the driver had the speakers
Van was not delivered clean
Diesel refuelling cost is £2 while outside it was at £1.25 ...

Rented a car through Nice Budget rental. Although we checked the car when we picked it up, we did not notice a small scratch on the underside of the bumber at the front. Naturally, they noticed this when we checked back in, we were charged an extra £146.91 for causing damage that was not done ...

Everything works just great, until you get a flat tyre or the car breaks down.Staff (at service point) usually trying to take care of a dozen customers at the same time, so it's easy to feel ignored and misunderstandings are bound to happen.
