I cannot even give this company a rating as low as 1 !!! Booked car on a budget, when we got to collect our car the price increases beyond your control. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I booked a Budget Car Rental car for 3 days. I had a phone call 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car telling me that the last person had not returned the car and they therefore had no car to give me and cancelled my booking.
