    I booked a holiday through this company for my son and his partner to travel to Cyprus 5 weeks from the booking date and paid by debit card. All paperwork arrives confirming the holiday arrangements and then just under 3 weeks prior to the travel date they cancel the holiday stating there is no roo ...

    Cuba and its people are lovely and would recommend the country, the hotel was abysmal, please do not go.

    Direct Holidays insist that by cutting out the travel agent, they are able to offer holidays at up to 15% less. Their staff are friendly. Since they have been taken over they are less reliable.
