    Our flight on the way out was delayed by nearly 1 hour. When we arrived in Cyprus we were advised that our luggage was taken off at Newcastle because the pilot did not have enough fuel to get us back to Cyprus & it was cheaper for him to refuel in Cyprus so he'd off-loaded 120 suitcases without tell ...

    We have flown with Helios several times since they started up from Luton - our local airport. The staff are always friendly, pleasant and helpful.     After being delayed nearly 24 hours by `a technical problem` we contacted Helios for compensation, they passed us back to the holiday company and the customer services person was very impolite.
